Positioning of Xavier’s GLP

Xavier’s GLP is a six month, Post Graduate, value based, bridge course certificate program, for international MBA and MS aspirants, to Business Schools and Universities, in the USA and Europe. Xavier’s GLP will partner with leading Business Schools and Universities, in the USA and Europe.

1. Global Managers are managers who normally work and live abroad. They also include Country Managers who represent their organizations in India and abroad.

2. Indians constitute the second largest pool of Global Managers in the World.

3. The Purpose of Xavier’s GLP is to facilitate the development of Global Managers.

4. Provide the necessary Leadership, Cultural, Business, Communication, Emotional and Spiritual skills necessary for success.

8. The GLP track of 6 months is considered as a semester completed at Xavier's, before students embark into the next semesters with the partner schools. The Xavier’s GLP certificate is awarded upon completion of the program. independent of the Degree (MBA or MS) by the partner schools.
